?Together Through Estrangement is an 8-week, in-person peer support group for parents navigating estrangement. This is a peer-based support space rooted in empathy, emotional safety, belonging, and shared learning where you can show up as you are, be witnessed without judgment, and feel less alone.

?This is not a therapy group and not an advice-giving space. There are no “right answers” or formulas for reconnection offered here. Instead, we focus on strengthening what is within your control: reconnecting with your values, strengths, and sense of self, while finding your next best steps forward with support and community.

✅Important Enrollment Note:
This is a closed group (not an open-door or drop-in group). Participants must officially sign up in advance to attend.

03/05- 04/30 (no session 03/26) 
Group participants should commit to attending all sessions
