- **Event Description**: Dr. Louis Hofman and Dr. Nathaniel Granger, Jr., are offering a free public lecture on "The Psychology of Evil: Secular, Scientific, &amp; Psychological Perspectives and a Path to Hope." Drs. Hoffman and Granger examine the scientific research and psychological theory relevant to the psychology of evil. They argue that understanding the literature on evil can, paradoxically, provide a path to hope. Following the lecture, the Rocky Mountain Humanistic Counseling and Psychological Association will host facilitated small group discussions.
Drs. Hoffman and Granger are nationally and internationally recognized and award-winning scholars, psychotherapists, and authors. This workshop is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Humanistic Counseling and Psychological Association and its clinic, the Center for Humanistic and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. These organizations are striving to make a positive impact on the local community of Colorado Springs through affordable psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological assessment services, providing psychological training to students and professionals; advancing psychological research and scholarship; and engaging in community service.

This is a free lecture, but space is limited. Donations are appreciated. The Rocky Mountain Humanistic Counseling and Psychological Association is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization.
