Could you use a bit more peace, joy, and mindfulness in your life?Join me, Jamie Nicholas, founder of MightyMindfulBeings for a nature therapy hike and meditation!We'll meet in the Parking lot at the corner of Paseo Rd and Chelton Rd (next to Mark Reyner Stables). Please be on time as we leave by 8:45. We'll then hike the beautiful Edna Mae Bennett Nature Trail going West then connect to the North Canyon Trail. Along the way I'll share thought inspiring wisdom from "Love Letters to Earth" by Thich Nach Hahn and we'll arrive at a breathtaking rock area where I'll guide you through a 15-20 minute meditation. Then we'll head back feeling refreshed, revived, and full of joy, gratitude, and vitamin D.This hike is easy to moderate- about 1.5 miles- 2,008' ascent and 1,683' descent.
