This sacred women’s gathering is an invitation to shed the heaviness of winter and reconnect with your body, heart, and inner rhythms. Through intentional practices designed to calm the nervous system and open space for new beginnings, we will honor the transition into longer days and renewed vitality.

The evening will include a deeply restorative sound healing session using a variety of instruments to support relaxation and energetic clearing, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony to encourage connection, presence, and intention-setting. Guided meditation, gratitude and reconnection practices, and a gentle stress-busting somatic exercise will help release stored tension and invite balance back into the body.

This is a space to pause, breathe, and realign — to plant seeds for the season ahead while being fully supported in community. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to show up as you are.

Laura Kerwin (Prairie Moon Vibrational Wellness)
Laura brings her gift of vibrational sound healing, offering deep therapeutic sound experiences. She also collaborates with Khronology, and regularly leads intentional sound sessions that open the body and spirit to wholeness.

Patsy Prather (Patsy by Design)
Patsy is a holistic designer and life coach who helps women declutter their inner landscapes and align with their most authentic expression. She weaves intention, creativity, and clarity into her work — guiding women to become the architects of their own lives.

Stevie Winsborrow (Khronology Functional Wellness)
With a multidisciplinary background, Stevie is a nutritionist, massage therapist, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and more. At Khronology, she guides women toward holistic health through nourishment, movement, and gentle awakening of body and soul.

Together, these three will hold the container of ceremony, safety, and deep presence.
