Come relax in a spellbound soundscape of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, and other instruments designed to help your mind quiet down and your body release the week’s lingering goblins.Our immersive 90-minute sound bath is a chance to lie back, get cozy, and let the sounds do their mysterious little thing. You may drift, dream, feel deeply relaxed, or wonder whether that gong just opened a portal! All experiences are welcome.Once we’ve floated back down to earth, we’ll close with warm ceremonial cacao, an opportunity to sip, reflect, connect, and leave with your heart a little fuller (and hopefully not possessed).Costumes are welcomed, however we do recommend arriving in comfortable attire.Come for the spooky season vibes; stay for the deep exhale.𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐇?A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. During a sound bath, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery, and help people let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆:To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 to cover your mat and 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 to stay warm during the sound bath.
