About the event

Roots of Wellness Walk

We are gathering for some walking , wellness, and release! We are going on a walk/light hike at Red Rocks Open Space. We are going to have a meditation, yoga stretch and good scream! Get outside and recharge and have fun with us! This will be adults only preferred and please wear good shoes/hiking boots. May is mental health month and Roots of wellness so we plan to do events centered around wellness activities for this months meeting! See you then!
