Join us as we move through this four-phase ritual, shedding what does not serve us and welcoming the new:
Seed (Grounding Ambient): Plant your intention. A phase for deep, slow movement & contact improv, connecting your roots to the earth and finding stability in the deep resonance of the bass.
Sprout (Flowing Psychill): Expand your awareness. The rhythm gently lifts you, inviting spontaneous, fluid motion that clears the mind and opens the heart.
Bloom (Uplifting House/Trance): Express your true colors. A vibrant, high-energy peak where inhibitions dissolve and joy erupts in ecstatic, free-form dance.
Fruit (Integration): Harvest the wisdom. Slowing down to absorb the journey, integrating the insights and feeling the nourishment of connection and self-acceptance. 
Come as you are, leave as your favorite self.
