May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re creating space for something we don’t talk about enough—grief, stress, anxiety… and how to move through them with support.

Join Heather of Wildcraft LTD for a gentle, grounding herbal workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and plant allies that can support emotional balance. 

This is not a therapy circle—but it is a space where your emotions are welcome.
Together, we’ll explore how herbs can support the nervous system, soften overwhelm, and offer simple, accessible tools you can bring into your everyday life.

During this experience, you’ll explore herbs traditionally used for emotional support, learn ways to incorporate them into daily rituals, and move through a guided meditation to reconnect with yourself.

Each participant will also create a personalized aromatherapy oil roller to take home—crafted with intention and herbal support for emotional grounding.

You’ll leave with more than just knowledge.
You’ll leave with tools, connection, and space to breathe.

This workshop is open to anyone navigating grief, stress, anxiety—or simply seeking a deeper connection to herbal care and emotional resilience.
