Join us for a gentle, supportive Grief Support Meetup held at Treehouse Cafe on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month from 12:00–1:30 PM, facilitated by counselors specializing in grief from Mindful Resolve Counseling.
This gathering offers a safe, welcoming space for individuals navigating loss of any kind—whether recent or long-held. Using a gentle, mindful approach, our facilitators provide compassionate guidance, grounding practices, and supportive conversation to help participants feel seen, supported, and less alone.
🌿 What to Expect:
A calm, non-judgmental space for sharing and listening
Professional support from counselors trained in grief care
Mindfulness-based tools for emotional regulation and presence
Connection with others who understand the grief journey
No pressure to speak—participation at your own pace
Grief does not have a timeline, and healing does not require doing it alone. This meetup is here to offer presence, compassion, and community.
