Native birds, soft breezes and curious dragonflies drift around us as we move through a gentle restorative flow, accompanied by live quartz crystal Singing Bowls played on the water. You'll then settle into a nature-immersed meditation, softened by birdsong and the sensation of floating. Next, we'll enjoy a delicious brunch served right to you on your board, letting you savor the sweetness of the morning, while floating in pure serenity.

Rates:
$55 ~ Adults 18+.
We provide all SUP gear.

$50 ~ Children 12-17.
We provide all SUP gear. Child must be accompanied by participating adult.

$45 ~ BYOB (Bring Your Own Board)
We'll provide the anchor. To book with your own SUP, please email dragonflypaddleyoga@gmail.com.

* Basic paddleboard instruction
* Gentle, restorative yoga class on GLIDE hardboards.
* Live quartz crystal soundbath.
* Brunch served to you on the lake.
