✨ Coronation L is approaching fast! We are preparing so many exciting things and hope as many of you as possible can attend. Please note:
• We have 3 Candidates this year! Watch for their events. If you can’t attend, please consider donating at ucppe.org under the Donations tab.
• Regent Meeting: September 28, 2025 at 1 PM | ? The Retro Lounge
• Protocol: Limited to ICS titles, Lifetime awards, and highest royal title for the walks. Full protocols will run on the projector during the evening.
• Historic Display: For those in the with any UCPPE history, we’d love to have a table in the ballroom with framed photos, pins, and mementos. Please bring items if you’d like them featured (they will be returned).
• Photos: If you have pictures from past events or your reign, please send them to Jason Hicks (Ramiyah Devereaux) by October 30, 2025.
• Silent Auction & Raffle Items: Bring items to any event, meeting, or by November 2 at voting. Specify if an item should be auctioned separately.

? Tips: Bus 1 is best for performers and dinner stops. Have IDs ready (no cover, but venues must check ages). Keep up with your belongings—venues will not hold items. Bus 2’s temporary stop at the Antlers Hotel is only dropping off those who want to attend the Sober Party or end their Bus Tour. It will drop off and then leave. Those who wish to change out will be required to find their own transportation to the bus stop at Nova West. Any attendee may get on any bus they choose at any stop. You are not required to take the same bus at every stop.
