Join us for a serene and immersive healing session as we collaborate with Jamie Stouch founder of Inner Essence Oasis and Gigi Turner our dedicated founder and sound bath practitioner. This experience invites you to explore the depths of your own being through the harmonious practices of Reiki and sound.

Reiki:

As the gentle tones of the singing bowls begin Jamie will channel the subtle and soothing energy of Reiki flowing in tandem with the sounds around you. This ancient practice rooted in the wisdom of simplicity seeks to restore the natural balance and harmony within your body. Reiki is not about achieving or striving but simply allowing. It eases tension releases the knots of stress and brings a quiet sense of peace as the energy of life itself moves freely once more.

Sound Bath:

As the Reiki continues Gigi will guide you through a landscape of sound using singing bowls gongs and chimes to create vibrations that resonate deeply within you. These sounds are not just heard but felt as they gently lead your mind from its restless chatter to a place of stillness. In this state the boundaries between you and the sound dissolve and you may find yourself simply being—free from anxiety free from tension.

This session is a gentle reminder of the unity of mind body and spirit—a chance to reconnect with the simple and profound sense of being that is always there just beneath the surface. Come not to seek but to find what has always been within you.

Meet Jamie Stouch the founder of Inner Essence Oasis. Jamie’s journey began over a decade ago in Costa Rica with a transformative reiki session. Since then she has cultivated a strong yoga practice and in 2021 completed her Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki Master Training in Baja Mexico.

Reiki yoga and sound healing have been Jamie’s guiding lights through life’s darkest moments helping her find new levels of healing and strength. With 13 years as a compassionate nurse Jamie weaves deep empathy and wisdom into her sessions. Jamie’s heartfelt mission is to share the profound healing she has experienced with every soul she encounters guiding them towards their own spiritual awakening and inner peace.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃:

Please bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our padded cushions your favorite pillow. There is no need to bring a yoga mat. Dress comfortably bring water and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury tinnitus epilepsy metal in the body etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath thank you!

Refund Policy

Refunds:

Full refunds available up to 48 hours before the event start time.

No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, but rescheduling options are offered.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling available at any time, subject to availability.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
