Healing Service

Our annual Lenten Healing Service includes prayers and blessings for healing and restoration.

All of us carry burdens—illness, loss, uncertainty, and weariness. Jesus invites us to bring these needs to him, promising, “Come to me, all you who are weary and carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

Our prayers are not magical, and not all suffering is erased. Yet as we come in faith, we trust in God's grace and transformative presence, and also take comfort in the solidarity we experience as the body of Christ together.

During the service, you may silently offer your prayers and, if you wish, come forward for the laying on of hands and anointing with oil.
