What happens:

-Practical breathwork you can use at your desk or before tough conversations
-Guided meditation led by trained facilitators from Mahaguru Centre
-Awareness training to help you understand your own patterns
-Real techniques you can take home and actually use

This isn't about escaping stress. It's about learning to work with your mind instead of against it. Most people haven't been shown how to do that properly. This is your chance.
