Preliminary Intimation – General Convocation
Dear Participants of the General Convocation,
We are pleased to share a preliminary update regarding the General Convocation Ceremony.
The convocation is tentatively scheduled to take place either during the last week of February or the first week of March, on a Saturday at 2:30 PM.
Please note that the exact date, venue, and other arrangements are currently being finalized.
A formal announcement, along with the Graduation Flyer, will be circulated in due course.
The dress code and additional guidelines will be clearly mentioned in the official communication.
This advance information is being shared in response to the enthusiastic interest and positive response received from participants.
