Reiki Training Level 1

Energetic Body Healing® An ancient method of healing that uses Universal Life Force Energy transferred through a practitioner's hands to restore health and a sense of well being. Reiki opens and aligns us, allowing us to heal our thoughts, our body and enlighten our soul. Each Energetic Body Healing® level unfolds and opens us to a deeper connection to the "Oneness".

The training is based on Reiki Level 1 of the Usui System of Natural Healing but goes beyond traditional teaching to focus on the energy body, chakra system and how this method of using energy can be directed to find the source of the physical, emotional or spiritual imbalances and fills the vibrational energy need to restore balance.

You’ll learn techniques such as hand positions for treating yourself and others, as well as the knowledge and experience of energy transfer and the attunement process initiation. Attunements enhance your ability to be the facilitator of a higher source of natural energy for healing yourself and others. The attunement adjusts and balances your chakras and energy field to be more tuned into the energy that is all around us. You will gain an understanding of energy, feeling energy such as psychometry, vibrational energy field layers, chakras, and the use of affirmations, intentions and thought patterns. Smudging will happen to cleanse the aura and room clearing.

All students will give and receive a complete healing treatment. The cost of this class is $200., which will include a 50-page book written by Jennifer’s master teacher, Susan Cossette, a Level I attunement and a certificate for Reiki 1 Energetic Body Healing® with Usui-Tibetan System of Natural Healing.

Reiki Level 2 Training will be conducted on Sunday February 8, 10am-4pm. Registration is seperate for that. You may register for both events and receive a discount by contacting Katie at Kind Human Yoga.
