The California Gold Rush Trail Run is a race inside the Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park. Distances include Kids Run, 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 15k, and Half Marathon. This race features rolling terrain along the beautiful American River.
Fully-stocked aid stations provide food and drink that runners need for performance: water, electrolytes, soda, Gatorade, gel packets, nuts, bars, chips, fruit, and candy.

Volunteers are also needed to set-up the event, host aid stations, take photographs, timing, tear down the event, and sweep the course. Volunteers earn free races for volunteering at Troy's events.
