Sie tragen Anzüge. Denn der Mod Slogan: Clean living under difficult circumstances“ ist ihr Motto. Ihr Name steht für eben diese Bewegung, The Movement! Die Band hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Jugend wachzurütteln und alles zu hinterfragen. Es gibt eine neue Generation an Kids, die an politischen Fragen interessiert sind und die sich gegen die globalen Effekte des Kapitalismus und deren Mechanismen zur Ausbeutung, Kriegsführung und Unterdrückung wehren. Junge Leute suchen nach Wahrheit und Aufklärung in Zeiten der totalen Manipulation und Lügerei. The Movement widmet sich genau diesen Themen und unterstützt diese Bewegung!

Wer The Movement schon einmal live auf der Bühne gesehen hat weiß, wie unglaublich charismatisch und mitreißend ihre Bühnenperformance und ihre im Soul verwurzelten punkbeeinflussten Songs sind!

Am 17.April 2020 kam ihr letztes Album „Future Freedom Time“ auf Concrete Jungle heraus! Ein neues Album ist gerade in Arbeit und wird 2026 erscheinen.
