Die international gefeierte brasilianische Sängerin Paula Santoro trifft während ihrer Europatournee bei einem einzigartigen und einmaligen Konzert in NRW auf das Ensemble Mondo Chôro . Ein Zusammentreffen das die Schönheit, Virtuosität und emotionale Tiefe des Chôro zelebriert – Brasiliens erster urbaner Popmusik und der musikalischen Sprache, die Samba und Bossa Nova inspirierte.

Paula Santoro, weltweit für ihre ausdrucksstarke Stimme und ihre künstlerische Arbeit mit Brasiliens angesehensten MusikerInnen wie Guinga, Nana Caymmi, Edu Lobo, Chico Buarque oder Toninho Horta bekannt, bringt außergewöhnliches Charisma und Authentizität in dieses Projekt ein. Internationally acclaimed Brazilian singer Paula Santoro joins Mondo Chôro during her tour in Europe for a unique and single concert in NRW celebrating the beauty, virtuosity and emotional depth of chôro – Brazil’s first urban popular music and the musical language that inspired samba and bossa nova.

Recognized worldwide for her expressive voice and artistic collaborations with Brazil’s most respected musicians like Guinga, Nana Caymmi, Edu Lobo, Chico Buarque or Toninho Horta among others, Paula Santoro brings exceptional charisma and authenticity to this project. Her unmistakable vocal style, combined with the instrumental brilliance and interplay, creates and vibrant concert full with colours and emotion.
