Our organised bridleway event is now officially advertised!

DATE: Sunday the 10th of May 2026

VENUE: Private parking venue off Skipton Old Road, Colne (TBA following entering)

RIDE DETAILS: A predominantly off road circular 7 mile ride through beautiful countryside from Skipton Old Rd to Kelbrook, joining the Pennine bridleway National Trail back to Black Lane Ends. We are delighted to say a section of this route has up until very recently been inaccessable to horse riders since the 17th century, a great achievement!!

TIME: All riders MUST set off between 9am and 10 am. This is important in order to ensure everyone has passed Kelbrook Shooting School prior to their opening time of 11am to both avoid sporadic gunfire as well as their member’s arriving by vehicle shortly before their opening time. The Shooting School has been informed and have been reassured that all riders will be considerate and follow the Highway Code should they meet any vehicles on the narrow lane that leads to their school. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: There is a Scarecrow trail in Kelbrook on this day so be prepared for a scare!!

BOOKING: All entrants must provide proof of public liability insurance & sign our disclaimer.

- Once we have been able to offer you a place we will send you details of how to pay. The fee is £20.
