Starting Saturday, June 20th, we are launching Prime Motion Pilates right here at the Prime Performance Clinic in Martinsville. Prime Motion is a total body Pilates style group training class led by Haley Draper, a licensed physical therapist assistant.

Because of her clinical background, Haley can modify movements for any age or ability level, so whether you are twenty five and training hard or seventy and easing back into movement, she can meet you where you are.

First classes are Saturday, June 20th at 9:00am and 10:00am. We will settle into a regular weekly schedule from there. Mats, weights, everything is provided, so just show up ready to work.

Your first class is $10. Classes are capped at 15 people, so this is going to feel like a real community from day one.
