They'll also be introduced to the audition process in a positive and encouraging way, helping them try new things and step into the spotlight with confidence. Led by Greg Gibson and Dean Hollin, two respected performers and educators with decades of experience in musical theatre, directing, and youth arts education. No experience necessary. Greg Gibson Greg Gibson is a pianist, music director, conductor, and educator with more than 25 years of professional experience in theatre and live performance. His career has taken him across Canada, the United States, and around the world, including work as Music Director for Broadway productions such as Jersey Boys, Kinky Boots, and Beetlejuice: The Musical. Passionate about arts education, Greg enjoys helping young performers develop confidence, creativity, and strong musical foundations while fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a love of performance. Dean Hollin Dean is a performer, director, and educator with more than 20 years of experience in theatre and arts education. He has appeared in productions across Ontario, served as Artistic Director of Collingwood's Gayety Theatre, and directed more than 30 youth productions during his time at Pretty River Academy.
