Since 2023, PAIN has raised more than $45,000 to support youth mental health initiatives.For the third consecutive year, the Melbourne event is proudly raising funds for the Black Dog Institute, supporting their work in research, education and improving mental health outcomes across Australia.PAIN is about pushing your own limits—but more importantly, it's about making sure no one has to struggle alone.Charlie's Loop – The Community EventCharlie's Loop is the heart of PAIN.It's a chance for runners of all abilities to come together for a shared experience built on connection, remembrance and purpose.This is a community run, not a traditional race.
