- **Event Description**: Join Megan McGuirk & Alyssa Dempsey for a forest adventure. As we enter the quieter, more inward energy of water season, we’ll spend the afternoon following the Skippack Creek. Allow its twists, turns, pauses, and currents to become a mirror for our own intuition.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow-flow yoga, settling into the body and creating space to listen. Then we’ll take to the trail, moving alongside the creek and pausing throughout the hike for moments of mindfulness, reflection, and connection with the natural world.
What does your inner voice sound like when everything else gets quiet?
Where are you being asked to soften, surrender, or change course?
And what might you notice when you stop trying to know the way forward and simply follow your current?
We’ll end our journey with a guided meditation and a nourishing lunch provided for you, giving ourselves time to rest, integrate, and linger in the magic of the afternoon.
