TRUNK OR TREE-T

Join College Station and Texas A&M Forest Service in celebrating Texas trees at Trunk or Tree-t on Friday, Oct. 24, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Wolf Pen Creek Festival Site. The free, family-friendly event features booths with games, children’s activities, prizes, treats, and free trees.

With Halloween and Texas Arbor Day falling the same week, the event highlights the many benefits Texas trees provide. Learn about trees’ habitats, the health and wellness benefits of community trees, how to protect and preserve them, and more.

Food vendors will be available, but alcohol and glass containers are not allowed. Post Oak Mall offers convenient parking, and handicap parking is available on Colgate Street. Shuttles will not be available, and dogs are not allowed.
