The Dean: A Five Course Pairing

Join us Thursday, December 4, at 7 PM for an unforgettable evening at The Dean with our Five-Course Wine Dinner, featuring chef-curated dishes thoughtfully paired with standout wines from the country’s most celebrated regions and producers.

Enjoy a progression of flavors, beginning with Jonah Crab Salad with cornbread and maple jalapeño jelly, followed by Fried Ravioli with butternut squash and balsamic tomato jam, Chicken Breast with fennel purée and black garlic, and Black Angus NY Strip with Calabrian chile butter. The experience concludes with a decadent Basque Cheesecake infused with black truffle, dark chocolate, and raspberry.
