Sanctuary Base Camp: Meditation Meetup

This group is for those seeking peace and equanimity. Learn to create a sanctuary in the present moment, let go of internal narratives and build a better world for yourself.

Admission is free, and all ages are welcome. Classes meet indoors in a climate-controlled classroom or outdoors during nice weather.

Classes meet Sunday, Jan. 11, Feb. 8, 15 and 22, March 8, 15 and 22, and April 19 and 26, from 11 a.m.-noon at the Gary Halter Nature Center.
