• 10–10:45 a.m.: Sheng Zhen Qi Gong with Lisette Templin
• 11–11:45 a.m.: Meditation/Dhamma with Lance McDowell and Brett Warnecke
• 12–12:45 p.m.: Heartfulness Yoga with Linda Didsbury
• 1-1:45 p.m.: Sound Healing with Amber Tarbutton

Materials are provided in a climate-controlled classroom. All skill levels are welcome.
