Join us for a powerful, hands-on morning of learning, insight, & community connection!

This free training event is open to caregivers, volunteers, health professionals, & family members who want to better understand the world of dementia & how to support those living with cognitive changes.

What to Expect:
? Part 1: Dementia Training (1:00–2:00pm)
Led by certified dementia educators, this engaging session will walk through the types, stages, & communication strategies for individuals living with dementia.

? Part 2: Dementia LIVE Experience (2:00–3:00 PM)

Take part in an immersive, empathy-building experience that simulates what it feels like to live with dementia. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of compassion, understanding, & practical tools.

The Caring Friends Respite Program in partnership with Dementia Friendly BCS & Christ Church.
