A $325 deposit is required to reserve your seat. Deposits are non-refundable.
Full Package payments ($650) are refundable minus the $325 deposit if canceled by November 1, 2025.
After November 1, 2025, all payments are non-refundable due to hotel, bus, and ticket commitments.
If the trip is canceled by the organizer, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
