Krystle with Haute Yogis will guide you through an intentional evening featuring Power/Vinyasa Yoga, a sound bath and guided meditation. Move your body, quiet your mind and give yourself a few hours to slow down, breathe and simply be present.

As the sun sets over The 44 Venue, settle into an evening centered around feeling good, connecting with other women and learning more about ways to support your overall wellness.

We’re also excited to welcome Crystal Amundson, P.A., with Everest Regenerative Medicine, who will be joining us to talk all things women’s wellness, peptides and feeling your best. Guests will have an opportunity to learn, ask questions and connect with Crystal throughout the evening.

Fresh Juice will be setting up their Fresh Bar with Refreshers and bottled juices available for purchase, plus juice samples for guests to enjoy. Brianna Helbling will also be debuting her brand-new Bri’s Bake Shop trailer, featuring healthy and delicious bites available for purchase.

5:00 PM — Roll out your mat, try some samples, mingle & get ready to move
5:30 PM — Women’s Wellness + Peptide Education with Crystal Amundson, P.A., Everest Regenerative Medicine
6:15 PM — Power/Vinyasa Yoga with Krystle of Haute Yogis
6:49 PM — Sunset over Colfax
Following Yoga —> Sound Bath + Guided Meditation

Once we wrap up the evening, grab some healthy treats and juice to take home & head out feeling refreshed.
