Coldwater: Stretch and Story [Registration Required]

Life goals- incorporate fitness and books with this one of a kind Yoga program. As you follow Yoga instructor Kayla, you will listen to the comforting sounds of a story. We have several mats you can use, but feel free to bring your own. For teens and adults.
