We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects.Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness and efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.
