Mark Perryman will open the discuussion with a presentation of the findings of his book the Starmer Symptom.  He will focus on his own chapter  'Testing the limits of Labourism'. There will then be a refreshments break at about 3.30 pm. Tea and cakes will be provided for free.  After the break John McTernan will respond to Mark's ideas from his perspective.  There will then be a final session where we all have the opportunity to ask questions and contribute. The event will finish at the latest by 5pm.
