Joint Workshop: A Series for Joint Health

This is a 5-session series. You can join us for one or all!

Join us for a class dedicated to the health and wellness of our joints! Each workshop will include a one-hour yoga class focusing special attention to how we use and can protect joints in our practice, followed by a one-hour anatomy lesson with tricks and skills to use in your daily life to maintain and grow joint health, mobility, and functionality of the body.
