🧭 Did you know that in 1631, the quiet fishing village of Baltimore in West Cork, Ireland, was raided by pirates from the Barbary Coast of North Africa? This dramatic event is a reminder of the centuries‑old maritime ties between Ireland and Morocco, two cultures connected by the sea, by trade, and now, by food and music!
🌙 Enjoy a feast of slow-cooked Moroccan tajines, under the stars at the beautiful Quinta do Urtigal, where the scent of spices will fill the air and the magic of tradition comes alive.
🎶 After dinner, at 21:00, let your soul travel further with the enchanting sounds of The Galway Ramblers, an Irish folk duo featuring Ide Ní Fhaoláin & Dermot Kearney, joined by special local guests for an unforgettable night of live folk music.
