The goal of the classes is to develop an understanding of chakras and life force healing energy, ways for caring for and using the energy of the chakras, and experiencing a variety of self-care rituals and activities, meditations, and much more!

We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home. Please wear comfortable clothing for activities and meditations. If you have a pendulum, please bring it to the first class.

Session 2: The Chakra System
Polarity/Dualism, Archetypes, Correspondences and concordances, Sacred principles and goals, Themes, Stages of Maturation, and the Balanced Qualities

Integration: Giving and Receiving
Session 3: Heart Chakra with practices: Shadow Work and Self-Love

Connecting Body and Soul: Grounding and Connections
Session 4: Root Chakra and Earth Chakra with practices: Foods, Aromas and Crystals
Session 5: Crown Chakra and Soul Star Chakra with practices: Sacred/Spiritual Guides and Messengers

Creative Expression: Emotions and Feeling
Session 6: Sacral Chakra and practices: Body Awareness, Meditation, and Mudras & Mantras
Session 7: Throat Chakra and practices: Sound, Frequency and Vibration 

Critical Thinking: Thoughts and Actions
Session 8: Solar Plexus Chakra and practices: Affirmations, Rituals, Physical Fitness
Session 9: Third Eye Chakra and practices: Archetypes, Metaphors, and Symbolism

Transformation and Integration
