About MyTime:
MyTime is a welcoming, supportive group for parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, chronic medical conditions, or other additional needs. It’s a space where you can connect with others who understand your journey, share experiences, and access helpful information and local resources.  

Our group offers a relaxed, judgement-free environment where you can unwind, have a chat over coffee, and take time for yourself—away from appointments and daily pressures.  
Sessions are guided by a trained facilitator and shaped by the needs and interests of the group, with opportunities for discussion, guest speakers, and wellbeing activities. Young children are welcome, with a play helper supporting their engagement nearby.

MyTime is free to attend and open to all parents and carers of children under 18 who require a higher level of care. Whether you’re seeking connection, support, or simply a moment to breathe—you are welcome here.
