Coffs Harbour Arts and Mental Health Network invites mental health professionals, counsellors, and community practitioners to explore the role of ritual in supporting grief, healing, and connection.

This experiential workshop invites you to explore the creative role of ritual in tending to grief and supporting repair. We will engage in simple, adaptable practices designed to help work with grief through the widely recognised power of ritual to transform loss into meaning and connection. Participants will be guided through experiential exercises, reflection, and dialogue to deepen their understanding of how ritual can serve as a powerful tool in both therapeutic and community settings.

✨ About Miindala
Miindala is a grassroots, volunteer collective from Bellingen, committed to guiding people through grief, loss, and community care. Their name — meaning “doing things well” in Gumbaynggirr — reflects their focus on integrity, listening, and compassionate support.
