This training covers the foundational aspects of meeting the personal and practical needs of interactions of all sorts. It covers the basics of utilizing the Discussion Plan tool, but stops short of role playing practice conversations, however we will work in Table Teams for activities.

This foundation course for most Interaction Management® courses helps leaders communicate effectively so they can spark action in others. The course teaches leaders the Interaction Essentials they need to handle the variety of challenges and opportunities they encounter every day in the workplace and beyond.
This workshop has proven very valuable for leaders’ handling coaching conversations. It can be used for staff and clients alike.
It references using the Discussion plan and also discusses effective feedback into which I roll the appreciative model we’re promoting.
