The wildest dreams ever are coming true and we were picked to have a backyard renovation done by the team behind 'Ask This Old House'! It is going to be a hybrid version of the show since some of the people are not alive anymore but they're doing 'Ask This Old House' and bringing the team out to renovate the backyard! I WANT to show them and the world the beauty of this community! This is such a big moment for Coeur d' Alene after the tragedies that happened a few weeks ago... A time for us to all come together, share a meal and bring the world closer together. One stranger at a time. Featuring the one and only 'PS I Love You' for our music! **As always, please make sure to bring a side dish of food + $10 for the music! 100% of ALL money goes directly to the bands to support the local arts! *MUST make sure to park at Midtown Market - NO street parking or in the alley! There are SO many new faces - I can't wait to meet all the new people. We will be having greeters this year to help show new people where everything is and how it works! Every Monday night... Me and my family, friends and anyone else that wanted to come would come and have an amazing meal together, over wine and beer, and just have wonderful conversation. It was our one way to say "I know everyone is incredibly busy but let's all set aside this one night, for a couple hours, to always make sure we get together." Since I have moved here, I have been so fortunate to meet so many people that I will always consider family and friends. But I continuously meet new people and tell them about someone else, only to hear they have never met them. In such a small town, it does seem like people tend to stay in their groups (something I am guilty of too!) and miss a lot of the potential in knowing each other. NOW, important note: this is NOT a networking group. This is NOT a business group. This literally has no agenda except us all getting together and have a wonderful dinner and conversation together, every Monday night people want to come. I just would love everyone to know everyone in this town because I have yet to meet a person that didn't impact me in a wonderful way. I set it for 5 p.m. but that will just be a happy hour, cheese and crackers time and we'll do dinner around 6-6:30. **If everyone can either bring ONE side, or one thing to add, we will have a great dinner together. I'll buy a bunch of things for this but feel free to bring beer or wine or anything else you think would go well with everything. And a reminder, I would love to do this EVERY other Monday night we have people!
