Join us for a hands-on journey into the world of sound healing. In this immersive introductory workshop, you’ll discover how vibration and frequency can support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Types of sound bowls and how to choose the right one for you
Proper techniques for playing bowls
Break. Refreshments & snacks will be provided
A guided sound bowl meditation
Hands on practice of sound bowls & other musical instruments
Whether you’re new to sound healing or looking to deepen your skills, this workshop offers practical tools and mindful exploration.
No experience necessary. Bowls/instruments provided. You are welcome to bring your own instruments.
