Are you looking for something that can teach your child life skills such as time management, record keeping, responsibility, goal-setting, and more?The Brevard County 4-H Poultry Market Poultry Program is for youth ages 5 - 18 (as of Sept 1, 2025) who love animals (chickens specifically) and who want raise their own.This event is an information session only that will provide information on what the market poultry project is (as well as our purebred poultry project), what you need to get started, basic care, and more, plus will tell you how your youth can participate.Youth participating in the project must join 4-H during open enrollment beginning August 1, 2025.If you would like to sign up for the market poultry project before this event, that link is here: https://20264Hmarketpoultryproject.eventbrite.com NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events.
