Be part of a brand new mystery that unfolds during a hurricane in a small-town Florida library. Written by Ropp Award-winning Florida playwright Karen Poulsen, Waiting for Hope is a character-driven, suspenseful drama with secrets, storms, and unexpected revelations.

? Casting 6 roles:
 ✨ SYDNEY (30s, Female) – Not your TYPICAL librarian. 
 ✨TOMMY (30s, Male) – Tough and intense. Bostonian with a slight New York accent; strong willed. Amber's boyfriend. 
 ✨AMBER (Late 20s, Female) –  Carries herself as if from a well bred family, dresses very stylish and is very nervous. Tommy's girlfriend. 
 ✨SCOTT (Late 30s, Male) – Charismatic TV news reporter. Confident, (overly, definitely not who he seems). Carly's husband . 
 ✨CARLY (Early 40s, Female) – Athletic, sarcastic, and smart. Scott’s wife and camera operator.
 ✨JACK (Late 30s, Male) – Detective. Has a secret.
