Join us for a GORUCK Crawford County event!
On November 8th, GORUCK Crawford County, along with thousands of GORUCK Clubs and CrossFit(TM) Boxes around the world, will be completing the Hero WOD CHAD1000X in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson.
Chad Wilkinson served honorably for 21 years. During that time, he suffered from PTSD, multiple traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and blast wave injuries. On October 29th, 2018, Chad tragically took his own life.
CHAD1000X is held each year to bring awareness to Veterans Suicide. Participants are encouraged to donate to the Step Up Foundation in his memory.

The workout is based on a workout that Chad did in life. An avid mountaineer and climber, Chad loved to use a version of this workout with the next mountain he planned to climb projected on the wall in front of him. The workout is grueling, it is hard, but so are the mountains we all face in life. What is your mountain?
