A one-day retreat for women in leadership to release self doubt, reconnect with your inner knowing and amplify your voice.

There is a particular kind of self-doubt that can take up space within the most capable women.

You can lead a team, run a business, hold space for clients, care for your family and know that you are good at what you do, while still having an internal voice that asks:

Am I actually good enough? Is this good enough? Am I providing value? Am I doing this right? Who am I to say/do this?

You might find yourself overthinking, seeking reassurance, comparing yourself or looking outside yourself for confirmation that you are on the right track.

This day is an opportunity to slow all of that down.

Rather than trying to get rid of the parts that carry self doubt, we will get curious about them, invite connection and explore what becomes possible when they no longer have to be in charge.

IFS-informed parts work is at the heart of this day, supported by:

• Somatic awareness and embodiment
• Guided visualization and unburdening
• Forest therapy
• Creative expression
• Voice activation
• MAP subconscious clearing

Together, we will create space to reconnect with your grounded, confident self energy that doesn’t hesitate.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

You are a therapist, coach, healer, facilitator, entrepreneur, leader, creative or practitioner who spends much of your life holding space for others.

You may be entering a new chapter. You may have something you feel compelled to say, create, lead or change. Or you may simply be tired of second-guessing yourself and looking outside yourself for answers you know exist within.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You simply need to be willing to turn inward and get curious about what is asking for your attention.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner & Certified Reiki Master, will guide the day with IFS-informed practices.

Supported by Brea Livingstone, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & Embodiment Coach, with guest facilitators Vanessa Davis, Registered Speech Language Pathologist for voice activation and Trina Metz, Certified MAP Practitioner & Energy Worker, for subconscious clearing.

10 women only. Lunch, retreat materials and all guided experiences are included.
