First Movement After Stillness
The Spring Equinox marks a quiet turning — from rest toward renewal, from inward listening toward gentle movement. This one-day retreat offers space to explore what has been held through winter and notice what is ready to move forward, without pressure or force.
The day unfolds slowly and intentionally, beginning with a grounding arrival to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the space.
We’ll move into a Group Tarot Reflection, using Tarot as a reflective mirror rather than prediction. Through shared symbolism and guided inquiry, you’ll be invited to notice what is emerging and how that readiness wants to express itself.
From there, the Equine-Assisted Learning Experience offers a deeply grounding and relational practice. Guided at a gentle pace, with choice and consent at the center, horses provide honest, non-judgmental feedback that supports presence, regulation, and self-trust.
After a nourishing shared lunch, we continue with Connecting with our Bodies through Emotional Intelligence — a body-based exploration of emotional awareness and regulation, offering practical tools that can be carried into everyday life.
We close with Breathwork & Sound Integration, allowing the experiences of the day to settle and integrate through guided breath and sound, supporting a calm and grounded transition back into daily life.
This retreat is designed for integration, not overwhelm. Many people leave feeling steadier, clearer, gently energised, and more connected to themselves.
