This 3 hour retreat is an intimate afternoon to reset and remember the inner leader within you, so you can feel more confident, grounded, and attuned in the medicine that you offer to others.

Invitation

Through gentle IFS-infused forest therapy practices and quiet reflection, you’ll reconnect with the part of you that leads from within. The forest becomes your mirror, revealing the wisdom, balance, and inner medicine ready to awaken.

This gathering is for healers, space-holders, and leaders who spend much of their lives guiding others. 

This offering invites you to connect with your deepest clarity, courage, and power as you slow down to receive. Here, you are invited to receive the medicine you so often give to others.

This is a space to truly just be, receive, and attune to your own medicine as you step into your self-leadership energy.

About Your Guide: 
Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor & Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner

Jen Reddish brings a soul-led, intuitive presence to her work. She has a gift for calling in the right women and thoughtfully shaping each circle based on who is meant to be there. By tuning into the land and the unique energy of the group, Jen co-creates a meaningful and safe space for deep connection, reflection, and renewal.

Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Expressive Arts Therapy, somatic experiencing, nature-based healing, and intuitive practices, Jen leads each gathering with grounded presence and trauma-informed care. Her work invites women to return to their authentic self, beyond patterns of survival, and into the embodied, intuitive way of being they were always meant to inhabit.
Investment

This retreat is being offered from a place of deep intention and openness. Jen is feeling called to offer this event on a sliding scale, in the spirit of accessibility and mutual support. You’re invited to contribute in a way that feels aligned with your resources and your intention to receive.

Suggested value: $150-$225 | You are welcome to offer less, more, or another form of meaningful exchange. Your offering can be financial, a gift, or another form of exchange from your own offerings (eg. product/service) that feels meaningful to you.

Whatever it may be, please honour this offering by following through with a commitment to attend. 

All contributions support the space, the facilitation, and the forest that holds us. If you offer a financial contribution, receipts will be issued for you to submit for reimbursement.
