Jan 31st, 2025 we welcome Kate Reid to the stage.
 
Born in Whitehorse, Yukon, Kate Reid's love for country music began at an early age.  Inspired by legends like Terri Clark, Leann Rimes, Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, Sara Evans, and Reba Mcentire, Kate would often serenade her neighbors from her backyard swing set with her renditions of their favorite songs.
    
Now a country singer/songwriter based in Calgary, Alberta, Kate's powerful voice and relatable songwriting have set her apart in the Canadian country music scene.  With a career that continues to grow, she has headlined iconic stages, including Ranchman's, and earned accolades such as the Best Original Song award at Ranchman's Rising Star Competition.  Her single "Bang" hit the Top 10 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown, and she has performed at numerous festivals and venues throughout Alberta.

Kate has had the privilege of working with renowned industry professionals, including Stephen Shiveley, Charlotte Avenue Entertainment, Jordan Craig, and Grant Howarth. In 2021, she released her debut single "Numb," followed by her first music video and her debut EP "I DO" in November 2022.  Nominated for three YYC Music Awards, Kate's music continues to captivate audiences.
Kate signed with Blue Willow Entertainment in 2024 and is working on a new project at BWE Studios. 2025 promises new original songs and more dynamic live shows.
