This trauma-informed 2 hour experiential online workshop focuses specifically on boundaries — giving you tools to tend to your inner child, rewire nervous system responses, and break old patterns. 

Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing (SE), DBT, assertive communication skills, and recovery from codependency, this workshop provides a complete, practical, and embodied approach to boundary-setting.
